By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

Services Description

Touch2me Technologies provides the following services and products:

Website Development — design, development, and deployment of websites and web applications

Digital Marketing — paid advertising, social media management, and campaign management

🛒

Touch2me POS — a cloud-based point-of-sale web application (subscription)

LeadWA — a WhatsApp lead automation platform (subscription)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable prior notice.

Section 3

Account & Access

For subscription products (POS, LeadWA), you will be provided with login credentials. You are responsible for:

Section 4

Payment & Billing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of 18% GST unless stated otherwise

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay — UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking accepted

Subscription services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis

One-time project payments are milestone-based as outlined in your service agreement

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice to existing subscribers

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and trademarks on our website and products are the intellectual property of Touch2me Technologies

Website projects: upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables. We retain portfolio rights unless agreed otherwise

Software products (POS, LeadWA): remain the intellectual property of Touch2me Technologies. You receive a limited licence during your subscription period

Section 6

User Responsibilities

Transmit spam, malware, or harmful code

Infringe the intellectual property rights of others

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Touch2me Technologies shall not be liable for:

Downtime or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control

Third-party actions, including payment processor failures

Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in the three months preceding the claim.

Section 9

Termination

By you — cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Access continues until end of billing period

By us — we may terminate your account immediately if you breach these terms, without refund

Upon termination, you may request a data export within 30 days

Section 10

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. We encourage resolution of disputes through direct communication before resorting to legal proceedings.
