We are a full-service digital technology company. We offer SEO, website development, and digital marketing services — and we also build and operate proprietary software products including Touch2me POS (a cloud point-of-sale system) and LeadWA (a WhatsApp lead automation platform).

Are you based locally or do you work remotely?

Do you sign NDAs or contracts?
Yes. We provide a formal service agreement for all projects, which outlines scope, timelines, deliverables, and payment terms. NDAs are available on request at no additional cost.

How long does SEO take to show results?
SEO is a long-term investment. Most clients begin to see noticeable improvement in rankings and traffic within 3–6 months. Highly competitive industries may take longer. We provide monthly reports so you can track progress clearly.
How long does it take to build a website?
A standard business website takes 2–4 weeks from project kickoff to launch. E-commerce platforms or custom web applications may take 4–8 weeks depending on complexity and the number of revision rounds.
Do you offer monthly SEO packages?
Yes. We offer flexible monthly retainers tailored to your goals, competition level, and budget. Monthly contracts available — no long-term lock-in required for most plans.
Will I own my website after it's built?
Absolutely. You own 100% of your website, domain, and all associated files. We can hand over full access at project completion, or continue managing it under a maintenance plan — your choice.
What platforms do you build websites on?
We build on WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, and fully custom HTML/CSS/JS. We recommend the platform based on your specific needs — whether that's blogging, e-commerce, or a custom web app.
Do you run Google and Meta Ads campaigns?
Yes. We manage end-to-end paid advertising on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and YouTube. This includes strategy, creative, targeting, campaign management, and monthly reporting.

Is Touch2me POS suitable for my business?
Touch2me POS is designed for retail shops, restaurants, cafes, salons, and any business that handles sales transactions. It runs entirely in a web browser — no dedicated hardware or software installation required.
Can I use Touch2me POS on multiple devices?
Yes. Touch2me POS is cloud-based and works on any device with a browser — tablet, desktop, or smartphone. Multiple users and multiple branches can be active simultaneously from the same account.
How does LeadWA connect to WhatsApp?
LeadWA integrates via the WhatsApp Business API — the official Meta-approved API. Setup typically takes less than one business day and our team guides you through every step. Your number stays yours.
Can LeadWA handle bulk broadcasts?
Yes. LeadWA supports targeted broadcast campaigns to segmented contact lists. You can create audience segments based on lead status, tag, or custom field — and send personalised messages at scale.
Is my data safe in your products?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We follow industry-standard security practices and conduct regular audits. We never sell or share your data with third parties.
Can I try the products before subscribing?
Yes. We offer a free demo session for both Touch2me POS and LeadWA. Contact us to book a walkthrough and we'll show you exactly how the product works for your specific use case.
💳 Billing & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods through Razorpay — UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), and EMI options. All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
Do you offer refunds?
For subscription products, we offer a 7-day refund window from the date of payment if the product doesn't meet expectations. For service projects, refund terms are outlined in your service agreement on a case-by-case basis.
Are your prices inclusive of GST?
All displayed prices on our checkout page are GST-inclusive (18%). A tax invoice with GST breakup is provided for all transactions. If you provide a GST number, it will be reflected on the invoice.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Product subscriptions (POS, LeadWA) can be cancelled at any time from your account dashboard. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees.
Do you offer discounts for annual subscriptions?
Yes. Annual plans receive a 20% discount compared to monthly billing. Contact us to set up an annual subscription for any of our products.

What support do you offer after project launch?
We offer maintenance plans, hosting support, and dedicated account management after every project. You're never left to figure things out alone. Basic post-launch support (30 days) is included in all website projects.
How quickly do you respond to support requests?
We respond to all support queries within 4 business hours. Priority support clients (Pro plans) receive responses within 1 hour. Our support is available Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm.
Do you provide training on the products?
Yes. Every new product subscriber receives a free onboarding session where we walk your team through the platform. Video tutorials and written documentation are also available in your account portal.
How do I report a bug or technical issue?
Email us at support@touch2me.com with a description of the issue and any screenshots. We'll acknowledge within 4 hours and provide a resolution timeline.
Can you migrate data from my existing system?
Yes. We offer data migration assistance for both Touch2me POS and LeadWA. Our team will help export data from your existing software and import it cleanly into our platforms. Contact us to discuss your specific migration needs.
