Refund Policy

Our fair and transparent refund terms for subscription products and service projects.

At Touch2me Technologies, we stand behind our work. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are available for our subscription products and service projects. We encourage you to read this carefully before making a purchase.

⚠️ All refund requests must be submitted in writing to refund@touch2me.com with your Payment ID. Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.

We offer fair and transparent refund terms for both our subscription-based products and service projects. Our goal is to ensure every client is satisfied. If you're unhappy with a purchase, please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the issue before processing a refund.


Section 2

Subscription Products

This applies to Touch2me POS and LeadWA Automation.

7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your initial payment, you are eligible for a full refund. To qualify:

Annual subscribers who cancel after 7 days may be eligible for pro-rata refund at our discretion
Service Downtime

If our product experiences downtime exceeding 24 continuous hours due to issues on our end, affected subscribers will receive a pro-rata credit applied to their next billing cycle.

Service Projects

This applies to SEO, Website Development, and Digital Marketing services.

Before Work Begins

If you cancel before work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund of any advance payment made, less any administrative or processing fees (typically ₹500–₹1,000).

During the Project

Less than 25% complete — 75% refund of total project value

More than 75% complete — No refund; final deliverables will still be provided
Monthly Retainer Services

Monthly retainer payments are non-refundable once the month has commenced and work has begun

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

Domain registration or renewal fees paid on your behalf

Third-party software licences or subscriptions purchased for your project

Paid advertising spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads) — passed through at cost
Completed and delivered projects that have been approved by the client

Subscription payments made more than 7 days prior

Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms and Conditions

How to Request a Refund

Follow these steps to submit a refund request:

Email refund@touch2me.com with subject: "Refund Request – [Your Name / Order ID]"
Include your full name, email used for payment, Razorpay Payment ID, and reason for your request
Our team will acknowledge your request within 1 business day
We may contact you to discuss the issue and attempt resolution before processing
If approved, we will confirm the refund amount and initiate the process

Processing Timeline
